What is the minimum order?
Business cards have a minimum order of 100 cards · Our other products have no minimum, we will make just one (except lanyards, minimum 50 pcs)
How long does production take?
It depends on the type of job and quantity. Most jobs take a few working days, and a 24-hour rush service is available for some items.
I don’t have a design file. Can you design it?
Our graphic team can design for you. You can start without a file, and we revise until you are happy before printing.
Which file types do you accept?
We accept PDF, AI, PSD, JPG and PNG files. If you are not sure, send the file and our team will check it first.
How do I pay?
Bank transfer / PromptPay. Deposit before production, balance before delivery.
How is it delivered?
We deliver anywhere in Thailand by private courier, or you can pick up at our shop, 414/24 Chiang Mai Land Road, Chang Khlan, Mueang Chiang Mai
